ABOUT PASCAL CLAIR

Pascal Clair is a true Seven Star Chef and world renown for his outstanding skills as a master patisserie. He was born in Burgundy, France in 1964 and found his love for cooking through his family run bakery and continued his tutelage through family run bakeries in the French Alps.

Pascal established his reputation at some of the world's top hotels starting with his move to London where he worked at the Royal Lancaster Hotel serving the finest foods to royals like Charles, Prince of Wales and the beloved Princess Diana. He then moved to the world famous Claridge's Hotel where Margaret Thatcher and the Queen Elizabeth herself would make special visits purely to taste Pascal's now acclaimed scones.

Pascal continued to travel the globe and wherever he worked his food earned rave reviews. Here is a small selection of where he has worked around the world:

There has been so many highlights in Pascal's career to date but his reputation for producing the most extravagant and opulent wedding cakes is synonymous with the luxury world of royals and VIPs across the world.

Pascal has cooked for Dick Cheney, George W. Bush, Luca di Montezemolo the Chairman of Ferrari, Benazir Bhutto, Raja Shahed Iqbal, Bill Clinton and Sir Richard Branson to name just a few.

Now looking forward with great excitement Pascal is launching his self-named café "Pascal Clair Sweets, Café & Bakery" where he will be producing the finest quality cakes, breads and chocolates with the flair and touch only Pascal himself can provide.
